Happy Easter

Easter in Indiana is usually beautiful. This year our flowers are blooming, the trees are blooming, but the temperature so far is in the 40 degree area. However the weather report is for the 70s. Our dafodils are really showing showing off all the way down the drive.
Our Easter Buffet is from Indiana recipes plus a few from Southern Living. I have gathered most of our family recipes for an Inn recipe book, So far, Leslie remains uninterested.
Our Easter Buffet has Orange-Worstershire basted slow roasted Ham, Greek slow Baked Leg of Lamb, Roasted Turkey Breast, Vegetable Lasagna, Scalloped Potatoes, Spinach Souffle, Wild rice Pilaf , Fresh Asparagus, Fresh Berry Cobbler, Chocolate Silk Torte, Indiana Carrot Cake , Grandsons favorite , Coleslaw, Ceasar Salad, Waldorf Salad, Sausage Sun Dried Egg Bake
3 kinds of Deviled Eggs, Ice Tea Lemonade or Coffee. Everyone has their own table set just for them. We get to see some people each year. Some are here for the first time. We enjoy meeting new people and reacquainting ourselves with neighbors. Happy Easter!

Celtic Magic

What cheerful sounds. We were fortunate to have an Inn almost full of musicians. Three larger Jacuzzi suites were rented to romantic get-a way couples. One was a musician himself and was welcomed to join in the sessions. We gave notice to the non performers that the music would be almost constant. We were warned to have Irish brews on hand. Sara , a local musician, is their organizer and does it beautifully. They enjoyed Leslie's meals and provided enterainment for all. What fun! Lee, Innkeeper
